10 Worst Matches Of The Undertaker's WWE Career

7. Vs. Kane - Judgment Day 1998

Kane and The Undertaker have battled in just about every variation of match you can think of. Heck, they were there at the inception of some of the most famous match stipulations in WWE history.

Their showdowns have been physical, no doubt, but they've also been hit-and-miss. While their best collisions undoubtedly came in the early parts of their careers, there was one glaring exception to that rule - and that was their WWE Championship match at Judgment Day 1998.

A deathly dull encounter, the Brothers of Destruction endlessly pummeled each other with right hands, left hands and... body scissors? Yes, it seems that they went so far out of their way to have a very different kind of match than before (they had wrestled each other in three singles matches and who-knows-how-many tag team contests at this point) that they overlooked all of what made their previous encounters enticing.

Stone Cold Steve Austin provided moments of levity as the special guest referee, but his whole 'I'll-do-what-I-want-because-that's-the-bottom-line' shtick was painfully predictable at this point, robbing this lifeless affair of any kind of redeeming finish.

Maybe it was just Undertaker vs. Kane fatigue, or maybe this really was the pair's dullest match ever.
