10 Worst TNA Angles Ever

8. Firing Shots At The WWE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35yXCcT0C_8 TNA's emergence from the ashes of WCW ensured that a lot of old mistakes were repeated, especially their inability to resist calling out the WWE at every opportunity. The fact that Vince McMahon and co. never made reference to their rivals on air only served to solidify their clear dominance over the competition, a silence which didn't prevent TNA from firing shots at any given opportunity. A number of ex-WWE names including Mr Kennedy and MVP cut promos heavily alluding to their mistreatment at "the other promotion", but the most heavy-handed angle came at Turning Point 2004. TNA claimed to be in possession of a video of their wrestlers "invading" the WWE, and had poor imitators of Triple H and Vince McMahon show up at the PPV to destroy the footage. When the video was eventually aired, it turned out to be nothing more than a few TNA wrestlers turning up at a WWE promo shoot, hanging out near the catering table and being quickly asked to leave.
