10 Worst Wrestlers In WWE Main Events

7. Lawrence Taylor

Don't get me wrong, two-time Super Bowl champion Lawrence Taylor was certainly not the worst crossover star to grace the squared circle.

He put in a valiant effort for someone not trained in professional wrestling. Sure, he wasn't on the level of Stephen Amell for example, but he certainly makes Jay Leno look like a chump.

Despite all that, it's bemusing that a non-wrestler would headline any PPV, let alone WrestleMania!

While a good guest to appear in a novelty match, he wasn't a wrestler. Mid card and lower level guys on the WWF roster at the time were more proficient between the ropes than Taylor.

He had to be carried to the back after the match because of extreme exhaustion, completely out of his element despite his undeniable heart and determination to make the match work.

Bam Bam Bigelow never gets enough credit for one of, if not the, greatest carry jobs of all time opposite him on that night, taking the big man to a generally successful contest.

Bam Bam bumped around all over the shop for him while carrying most of the physical load of the contest, keeping the crowd on Taylor's side as a credible victor.

Taylor, again to his credit, hit his cues and played his part, but at the end of the day, is one of the worst wrestlers to headline the Show of Shows in the grand history of the event.
