Damien Sandow has become a huge hit as Mizs stunt double, but it was simply a case of the WWE hitting on something after numerous misses. Sandows road to Mizdow began as almost a worked shoot, when Sandow stated on WWE television that he was being handcuffed by creative for not being entertaining enough, which was a ridiculous notion. For months, Sandow would come out as a different character, ranging from fiction and literature (like Sherlock Holmes and Davey Crockett) to real-life famous people (Lance Stephenson and Bruce Springsteen) to other wrestlers (Bret Hart and Vince McMahon). It was supposedly meant to be funny, but all it really accomplished was burying Sandow, as he lost every match. The fact that Mizdow was a hit was pure dumb luck. Thankfully, WWE is sticking with it, and its still working (for now). But WWE has some of the worst comedy writers on their staff, and its only a matter of time before Mizdow gets his own stunt double (stunt triple?) played by Hornswoggle. Maybe that will make the 2015 list.
