10 Worst WWE Gimmicks Of The Ruthless Aggression Era
7. The Dicks
When Ohio Valley Wrestling standouts Tank Toland and Chad Wicks arrived on the main roster in 2005, all they needed was a good look and decent gimmick to start making waves in WWE. But as demonstrated with many younger talents during the era, especially within the tag team division, that certainly wasn’t going to be the case.
How was "Ruthless Aggression" defined? To someone on the creative team, it somehow translated to "male strippers."
Instead of presenting the two as a legitimate threat to the tag team division, they arrived as Chippendale-type characters named The Dicks. The team did little to nothing outside of strut and spray body lotion and oil all over their opponents.
Creative gave them little to no thought, and so did the WWE Universe, as The Dicks were added to the Future Endeavored list five months after their debut.
