Oooooh boy. This'll ruffle some feathers, but bear with yours truly for a sec. He, much like you when seeing this was even on the list, flashed a disbelieving glare upon revisiting the 2019 Royal Rumble show. On it, AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan wrestled for the WWE Title. As annoying wannabe video game mascot Bubsy once said, "What could possibly go wrong?".

Here's what.

Bryan and AJ worked for almost 25 minutes. Normally, this would be a good thing, but they moved at a painfully slow pace for most of it, and that's not what fans want from a match between guys of this calibre. There were points where it almost seemed like there was nobody in the stands of the huge Chase Field ballpark. That's how quiet people were.

In fairness to both guys, they were following a Becky Lynch Rumble win, so this was a tough spot. Still, everyone concerned could've helped themselves by producing a 10-minute sprint through hard strikes, submission teases and Rowan's new alliance with Daniel. The end stretch had all of that. The match as a whole didn't.
