10 Worst WWE Royal Rumble Winners Ever
1. Mr McMahon (1999)
How do WWE top Daniel Bryan's robbery? There couldn't be anyone else. Not only did Vince McMahon win a Royal Rumble, but he also did it from the number two position, eliminating only his arch-rival 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin to do so, and hiding for the vast majority of the match. This was prime sh*thouse Vince, ECW Champion Vince, Royal Rumble winning-in-a-jumper Vince in his finest hour of sh*thousery.
Afterwards, McMahon forfeited his title shot, not knowing the rules of his own company, as Commissioner Shawn Michaels informed the boss that the opportunity was given to the runner-up of the Rumble in the case of a forfeit. So Stone Cold gets his 'Mania match against The Rock anyway, and McMahon looks like a wally (which is one good thing, at least).
To fix two Rumbles at once, how about The Texas Rattlesnake wins this one, making it an unbeatable three in a row. If he's going to end up with the 'Mania match anyway, have him win here and then give Kane the rub in 2001. This outweighs McMahon 'winning' the ECW title in the sacrelige stakes, as the Royal Rumble has far more prestige than that belt ever did in WWE.
