10 Worst WWE SummerSlam Posters

SummerSlam 2006 marked the beginning of WWE's "Biggest Party of the Summer" tagline for SummerSlam, and the resulting poster was - you guessed it - a party. All of the WWE superstars were there. Rob Van Dam is passed out on the couch.

There's something about a bunch of wrestlers at a pool party - and John Cena doing an awkward bellyflop into said pool - that really undercuts the drama of a major PPV event. Show posters are supposed to make fans actually want to see the fights advertised, but no matches are featured here - in fact, all of the wrestlers look like friends who just want to hang out and eat.

Of course, the worst part of the poster is the very front, where the recently reunited D-Generation X is grilling sausages for their hungry coworkers. Shawn Michaels's sausage is kind of on the small size, while Triple H's is enormous - because nothing says "top babyface tag team" like making fun of your best friend's penis.
