One thing tying all the other entrants on this list (one looking at the worst Women's Champions in WWE history, don't forget) together is the fact they were all female.

Well done, Harvey Wippleman. You have the dubious honour of being the only man to ever win a female title in WWE history, and your triumph marked the first Women's Title change of the new millennium on January 31, 2000.

Of course, Wippleman went under the name 'Hervina' to beat The Kat on Raw in a horrendous 'Lumberjill Snow Bunny' match.

Michael Cole's puzzled expression post-match was only topped by the knowledge this would be hard for the WWF to live down in coming years. We can't imagine why WWE didn't revisit this historic Women's Title moment when selling the importance of females before that first ever women's Royal Rumble...
