10 Worst WWE Women’s Champions Ever

7. Candice Michelle

One need only look at Vince McMahon's face during backstage segments with the woman to know he found Candice Michelle breath-taking.

To McMahon, a gorgeous woman like Michelle was everything he needed in a Women's Champion, and that's probably why Candice won the strap from Melina at Vengeance: Night Of Champions in 2007. Vince and fans alike would find out the truth quickly. Candice, for all her confidence and sexiness, was not a good pro wrestler. In the 105 days she held the Women's Title, Michelle failed to have a solid pay-per-view match even against top workers like Beth Phoenix.

What was it with WWE booking Beth against flimsy models?

Michelle never came close to matching that run. An unfortunate spate of clavicle injuries forced her to retire from the ring for good in 2008. She's only wrestled once since then, in a retirement match against Victoria for House Of Hardcore last year.
