10. Curt Hawkins

Curt Hawkins has lost again, and again, and again, and...well, you get the point.

There's some fun to be found from Hawkins' as this generation's Barry Horowitz, but it's a bit of a one-note gag that ceased being worthy of giggles pretty quickly. In 2018, Curt lost to everyone he encountered, was thrown through a wall by Braun Strowman and even jobbed to one of WWE's famed "local competitors" on Raw.

Hawkins is only here as a token entry, but we've decided to put him early on the list because it's pretty easy to feel sorry for the guy. Try as he might to make the epic losing streak gimmick work, WWE have refused to play along much and make a feel good redemption story out of his plight. That's a missed opportunity.

It also means the perennial loser has become wasted filler whenever he does show up. There's no light at the end of the tunnel here. Hawkins is a jobber extraordinaire and so must be considered one of 2018's worst WWE stars.
