It's a question that will torture humanity until the end of time.

No, not the meaning of life. Instead, folks will lay awake at night wondering why the t*ts WWE thought they could get more than a few weeks of mileage out of Akira Tozawa as a humorous, 24/7 Title-chasing ninja who constantly pestered R-Truth.

That, aside from some other unremarkable 205 Live fluff, has been Tozawa's lot in 2020. He could really use a jump to NXT so he has a chance at relevancy rather than chasing what is literally the least important title in all of pro wrestling.

Akira, when booked as more than comedy relief, is actually a damn good worker. The only crumb of comfort anyone can take from this is that the guy is still earning a decent living when times are so uncertain. He surely can't be content with playing slapstick ninja.
