The wine-serving hanger-on traded Carmella for giving Nia Jax the eye, and that led to perhaps the least-wanted WWE romance in a good while. Seeing Jax take her new man clothes shopping, or watching her defend him when he's costing her and Baszler matches, is arduous stuff.
No, Nia hasn't injured anyone like she seemed to do on the regular last year, but that doesn't mean her in-ring work has vastly improved. If anything, Jax appears to be going through the motions whenever she wrestles on Raw these days. There's just no good reason to sit through her matches or care about anything she does.
Nia has been squeezing the life out of her tag partner for well over a year now, and there doesn't appear to be any end in sight to that booking either. Jax remains one of the worst parts of a women's scene that desperately needs a rethink.
