10 Worst WWE Wrestlers Of 2021 (So Far)

7. Baron Corbin

The then-'King' Corbin was in a Gauntlet bout to establish a new Universal Title challenger at the turn of the year. Since then, it's been all downhill for the former royal - he's even lost his crown to new 'King' Shinsuke Nakamura, and WWE seem content to pretend that Corbin is now totally broken.

It's been a rough six months.

Some fans may not dig it, but this fall from grace angle is the first time WWE has tried to do something interesting with Baron in 2021. It might not save his year. Feuds with Rey and Dominik Mysterio, an excursion over to Raw (for a heavily-promoted match opposite Drew McIntyre) and the current run with "Kingsuke" have all fallen a little flat.

Corbin is at his best when he has somebody like Roman Reigns to bounce off of. He's nowhere near as awful as some might claim, but arguing that is getting harder and harder the longer this spell of mediocre matches rolls on.
