3. Vince McMahon

Everyone laughed when news spread that Vince McMahon might be working a match at WrestleMania 38. Then, those laughs turned to the weirdest mix of excitement/concern you'll ever see. It was like: 'Wait, really?! That'll be awful! I must watch it!'.

Update: It was awful, but you did have to see it.

Vince McMahon vs. Pat McAfee was three minutes and 45 seconds of pure wrestling ridiculousness. It's the kind of thing nobody expected - then again, nobody thought McMahon would be forced to call time on his career and retire from WWE in July either. Man, 2022 was f*cking odd at times, and Vince working matches is proof of that.

It sucked. Of course it sucked! McMahon could barely move, and McAfee isn't some seasoned veteran who could work around that by becoming a bump-machine for a (then) 76 year old dude. It might've been short, but Vince definitely belongs on this list.
