10 Worst WWF VHS Tapes Ever Released

4. Countdown To SummerSlam 94

Continuing their questionable business practices post-steroid trial when they found themselves short on funds, the WWF released this cash-in tape to further beat the loyal fan piñata clean. The title sounds promising, stirring up images of the various angles and events that led up to the really rather good SummerSlam €™94, but don€™t be fooled. This is simply the free 30-minute SummerSlam preview show that was aired directly before the pay-per-view, the one full of quickie fluff pieces designed to sell the upcoming card to potential last minute buyers. Worse still, the whole thing is included on the SummerSlam 94 VHS release anyway! If you absolutely must own every WWF VHS tape ever released then expect to pay in the region of $50-$100 (this is US-only) for the privilege of having Todd Pettengill shout at you for half an hour. And if you do that, you probably need to take a step back and re-evaluate your life choices.
