10 WrestleMania 31 Matches Seriously Being Discussed Right Now

4. Brock Lesnar Vs The Undertaker

This potential match is rapidly losing momentum as The Undertaker hasn€™ t been seen in months and, if anything, appears to be headed for the Hall of Fame rather than the WWE ring. Also, due to Taker€™s concussion at WrestleMania XXX, that match didn€™t live up to the hype as Lesnar had to carry the big man to three F-5€™s and a deafening silence. That€™s not to say the two can€™t have a great match up but we all know that concussions are dangerous things and Taker might think it€™s time to ride off into the sunset on his Harley. Again, similar to Rock v Brock, this one couldn€™t really be for the title so Lesnar would have to drop to Cena (or Rollins) before WrestleMania. Also, with Taker slowing and with Brock€™s physical style, a traditional match might not suit. Take it into the Cell though and you have a story right there. When Taker and Brock feuded in 2002, their most notorious match was in a Hell in a Cell match and so Taker could not only look for revenge for last year, but also for that match and for never having beaten The Beast. This sort of match, ironically, could also protect Taker as it would be quite deliberately slow at times and be focussed on cold hard revenge. Throw in a guest referee (Heyman?) and you have Taker redeeming himself in potentially his last match.
