The second annual Andre The Gian Memorial Battle Royal has been moved from the main show to the WrestleMania Kickoff show, according to WWE.com. It joins the four team WWE Tag Team Championship match, which was also demoted from the main card. That's now almost thirty superstars who have went from appearing at WrestleMania to performing on a per-show which will be watched by a fraction of the audience. It was also doubtless effect those superstars WrestleMania pay cheques and has to be a blow to them. WrestleMania is the culmination of a year's worth of hard work and everyone wants their 'WrestleMania moment'. Why have both matches been moved to the kickoff? Timing issues, apparently. Yes, WWE is having trouble fitting everything into a four hour show. They need to make sure that Triple H's entrance and LL Cool J's unwanted performance have the time they really need while those that have been busting their a***es on house shows are swept aside. It has only taken WWE one year and two matches to devalue the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Way to go, guys.
