10 WrestleMania 33 Mistakes WWE Can’t Repeat At 34

3. Headlining With A Lengthy Undertaker Match

The sooner WWE face facts and realise that The Undertaker, a legend though he is, can't work lengthy, physical matches like he used to, the better. 23 minutes against Roman Reigns was simply too long at 'Mania 33, and it exposed 'Taker as an ageing relic who shouldn't even be trying to defy the laws of time.

The Undertaker has nothing to prove to anyone, so if he's going to be part of WrestleMania 34, we'd much prefer his appearance to be bite-sized and manageable. Saying that, WWE should avoid the pointlessness of his Raw 25 cameo; there's a fine line between doing what suits the icon and satisfying fans, and that Manhattan promo did neither.

2018 is not a year in which The Undertaker should be headlining 'Mania. It's time to give someone else that platform, not wheel out a returning favourite who himself has fears about letting everyone down. Those words, uttered by 'Taker himself during the WWE 24 special, should act as a warning.

Play to his strengths.
