10 Wrestler Allegiances That Must Happen In 2016

9. Roman Reigns And The Usos

Hell In A Cell 2013 Reigns Shield Goldust Usos

With Roman Reigns failing to light the world on fire as the next big babyface, why not change things up and give Roman something different to get over? He's still the only former Shield member who wears his old gear and enters through the crowd. For someone who is being pushed as hard as he is, it would seem wise to give him a unique character to make him stand out. So, pairing him with his family members as heels would make the most sense. Obviously, since they are related, the Usos would have an interest in protecting Reigns and helping him to the main event scene. This move would also give WWE two positive changes: It would give the Usos a chance to get away from their stereotypical Samoan dancer routine and give them an edge to their act. A heel turn for Reigns would immediately freshen up his character and actually encourage audiences to boo him. The three guys could be the next coming of the Samoan Swat Team but without the stereotypical nonsense that is straight out of the 1980s. If you do this, you have a fresh new heel tag team who can work great matches and you have a new heel who can battle against John Cena, Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, and others without the crowd rejecting him for being shoved down their throats.
