It seems fairly obvious but I'll state it anyway: The Divas Revolution hasn't exactly taken off like everyone thought that it would. WWE immediately killed its "cool factor" right out of the gate by having Stephanie McMahon introduce them (because God knows we can't do anything without a McMahon taking credit for it) and then instantly put them into three factions. The factions didn't even make sense in terms of storylines and the women have been treading water ever since. Enter Paul Heyman. With Heyman's involvement, the Divas division could be given the shot in the arm that it needs. There have been a few "Paul Heyman Guys" on the roster but there has never been a Paul Heyman Girl. Since Heyman has only been associated with main event level talents (forget about Curtis Axel and Ryback...everyone else has), the crowd would immediately buy into it. And so, what better candidate to be the first Paul Heyman Girl than the daughter of the 16-time World Heavyweight Champion, Charlotte? Heyman could use his promo skills to put over Charlotte as not just the best women's wrestler in the company but the best wrestler period. He could play upon her family's history of being the best and promise that he is the one who will take Charlotte to heights even above and beyond what her father accomplished. The idea gives the Divas instant credibility and even increases the importance of the matches for the Divas title.
