Tick tock, and all that.
Karrion Kross' mini-feud vs. Rey Mysterio will rumble on into a SmackDown rematch over the next few weeks, but there doesn't seem to be a path to 'Mania beyond that for he or Scarlett. If anything, WWE may well use Kross as an easy win for Rey before he pivots to feuding with his son Dominik again.
This, you guessed it, leaves Karrion looking side-to-side like that iconic John Travolta in Pulp Fiction meme. The familiar, "creative has nothing for you" phrase comes to mind for him, and that's a real pity when he was hoping to become part of the main event pack on Friday nights.
Kross returned to WWE with big ideas in his head, but the promotion seemingly doesn't have a clue what to do with him all over again. Please don't stick him in a random, going-nowhere tag and pretend that'll solve everyone's problems. Please?!
