10 Wrestlers At Risk Of Missing Out On The WWE WrestleMania 39 Card

6. LA Knight

Well, this is a depressing thought.

LA Knight brilliantly moved on from the crappy Max Dupri character by returning to form and shining himself up when doing much of the talking opposite Bray Wyatt. That could've been a death spot for a less-charismatic worker, but LA found a way to grab some spotlight.

Sadly, the resultant Mountain Dew mess at Royal Rumble didn't really work, and he's barely been seen on TV since. Any hopes of Knight using the Bray feud as a platform to bigger and better things have been dashed by the fact that he's in no man's land heading into WrestleMania.

Challenging Austin Theory for the United States Title (assuming John Cena is definitely off the table) would be one way to get him on the show(s), but that'd also mean a random brand jump between now and 'Mania. Perhaps that'd come too soon for someone who was just starting to make a name for himself on SmackDown.
