10 Wrestlers Failed By NXT
1. Kassius Ohno
The wrestler also known by the name of Chris Hero could make a claim to be one of the best independent wrestlers on the planet. Whether it was during his run with the man now known as Cesaro as the Kings of Wrestling, or just hitting people really hard in the face, Hero has proved time and time again over the years that he can flat-out go.
So why didn’t his time in NXT work out? Well, it’s hard to say, but the main thing that has come out of WWE appears to be disappointment at the way he was approaching his physical conditioning. At one point he even disappeared from TV completely in order to improve his appearance.
Whether that is true or not, NXT’s loss is the independent circuits’ gain. Chris Hero has consistently set himself up as one of the hardest-hitting wrestlers on the go and his matches very rarely fail to impress. He has since said that he left on good terms, and there is a chance he could make his way back there at some point in the future, an opportunity that NXT and WWE would be insane to pass up.
