10 Wrestlers Fans Have No Idea What They're Truly Capable Of

1. Zack Gibson

Zack Gibson is a money heel promo.

The man is fabulously loathsome and, what's more, knows precisely how to draw a reaction. It's almost perfect; with apologies to the Liverpudlian readership, his gaaaaaarbled phlegmy dialect, in which he is attempting to drag up something diabolical from his throat, is perfectly abrasive for the panto context that is professional wrestling.

He knows how to piss off the audience, too. He isn't just saying generic things with an ever-present catarrh stuck in his throat. When he said that fans were "blagging that they had a New Japan Weeeerld subscription," he nailed and ripped apart their pretentious hipster aspirations. In an ice-cold NXT UK scene, he compelled the fans to actually create a meme with their "shoes off if you hate Gibson!" bit.

A meme!

In NXT UK!

You can barely read an online show review, and yet Gibson is such a great heel that he created a viral moment of audience interaction.

Gibson is also first-rate between the ropes, as was most recently illustrated when he cut off the effervescent MSK in a total banger at TakeOver: Vengeance Day.
