8. Dana Brooke
Dana Brooke is a shining example of how not all women who came from NXT go onto great things.
Whilst Sasha Banks, Bayley, Becky Lynch, Charlotte, Alexa Bliss and countless others have all experienced at least some success on the main roster, Dana has been a total flop on Raw.
Whether it was as Charlotte's lackey, a member of Titus Worldwide or as a failed singles star, Brooke just hasn't clicked.
Brooke was called up to the main roster far too early and suffered massively when WWE split her up from her partner, Emma, who is now gone from the company entirely.
Brooke could easily return to NXT for another year or so, building up her in-ring abilities and promo skills, before returning her to the main roster as a well-rounded performer who could be a serious contender for the women's championship.
