The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels is already a two-time inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame for his legendary solar career and as a member of D-Generation X. Michaels deserves to be a three-time inductee. With his partner Marty Jannetty, The Rockers were one of the best and most popular tag teams of the 1980s. They took the popular rock n roll tag team gimmick made popular by the Rock n Roll Express and took it to another level.

The Rockers came to national prominence in the AWA where they won the tag team titles twice. They feuded with top teams such as Playboy Buddy Rose and Pretty Boy Doug Somers, and Badd Company. They jumped to WWE in 1988.

The Rockers proved to be one of the great tag teams of arguably the greatest tag team era in WWE history. Although The Rockers never won the WWE tag team championship, they tore the house down against other top tag teams such as Demolition, The Hart Foundation, and The Brain Busters. The Rockers deserve to be in the WWE Hall of Fame.
