It can sometimes be really surprising when two workers who've made big names for themselves performing all over the world fail to cross paths. You'd have thought these two international wrestling stars would have met each other in a one-on-one match at least once in their careers, but that's not the case. Still, times change, and the disappointments of the past become the thrills of the future.
The only instance where these two have stepped inside a ring together was in a PWG tag match with Black alongside Chris Hero and Fenix accompanying Penta. But now seems like the right time to rectify that.
These two have an instant connection as they both have such gothic/macabre looks. Black's focus on the occult and creepiness is a perfect comparison to Penta's deliberately death-like look, and thus, seeing them battle it out would be one hell of a visual treat.
More than this, they've both got explosive in-ring appeal as Black's expert pacing and quick strikes would work well with Penta's rapid pace and spotfest antics. As a result, they'd likely be going a mile a minute, leading to an encounter that would have the audience's adrenaline through the roof.
