10 Wrestlers Punished For Trying To Steal The Limelight

6. Titus O'Neil

From the outside looking in, Titus O'Neil hasn't always appeared to have the most job security within WWE as it is. Tumbling on his a*se whilst running with a beer keg in the atrocious original incarnation of NXT didn't exactly jive with his 'Make It A Win' philosophy, and repeated attempts at getting over alongside and against Darren Young were as much as advert for the failures of the old developmental model as it was either man's supposed strengths.

He's a wonderful Dad by all accounts, and it's perhaps that positive PR that keeps him in the good graces of 'The Old Man' despite multiple failed efforts to connect with the crowd. It took frolicking with the gaffer himself to nearly terminate that rapport.

Jumping on McMahon's back as a Daniel Bryan tribute edition of Monday Night Raw faded to black, father Titus earned the mother of all b*llockings and a cynical 60 day suspension that robbed him of a WrestleMania payday. He's been the front face the blandest stable in Sports Entertainment ever since.
