10 Wrestlers That Are Causing A Scottish Revolution

6. Joe Hendry

There were some on the Scottish wrestling scene resistant to Joe Hendry's rise. Bursting onto the picture in late-2013, Hendry was booked by the top company in the land (ICW) shortly after his debut performance for the SWA. Even though new and rightly considered a rookie, Hendry had something about him that others lacked.

Namely, his charisma levels were noticeable straight away. Incredibly comfortable in front of the camera, the 'Local Hero' has worked effectively whether playing the role of babyface or heel. During his journey, his in-ring skills have only improved, making him into a well-rounded package that must be considered a promoter's dream.

Hendry is the kind of performer that management should be looking to build a company around. If that sounds too dramatic, it's worthwhile scanning his career to realise just how quickly he has scaled the ranks.

Joe Hendry has been embraced by fans in every company - something WCPW fans now understand.

Surely, it's only a matter of time before top organisations in North America sign Joe up, because he's a prodigious talent and a credit to both himself and those who trained him at the SWA.
