10 Wrestlers That Have Soared Since WWE WrestleMania 35

1. Baron Corbin

Baron Corbin went from being a jackoff to a King over the summer of 2019 in a push plenty of fans predicted when King Of The Ring graphics were released shortly after SummerSlam. WWE had used Corbin as a human troll for years and this appeared no different...and then the bell rang.

Ordinarily Bruce Prichard's podcast punchline for a match that's a total piece of sh*t, the future King earned his crown with three incredible tournament efforts that subverted all expectations of how he'd go about trying to win the thing.

It's triggered a quality feud with Chad Gable and an even better personalised cape, crown and sceptre after the former Olympian smashed the the generic stuff to bits during his coronation.

Years of fan frustration with the 'Lone Wolf' has ensured that he'll have to work long and hard at this with the same level of form before audiences come to trust him as quality worker, but literally every element of his act has shone since toppling Kurt Angle earlier this year. Then, it was seen as yet another insulting addition to his character's troubling arc. Now, it's another admirable string to his regal bow.
