10 Wrestlers That Rocked Multiple Gimmicks At Once

7. Hulk Hogan

Deep down, WWE must have known that a fanbase starved of 'Hulkamania' for nine years would go wild for Hulk Hogan's return in 2002. Try as they might, the company couldn't convince people to view Hogan or his nWo buddies Scott Hall and Kevin Nash as heels; straight away, Hulk was treated like a favourite son returning home.

That bottled-up affection paved the way towards yet another period of red and yellow dominance at the top of the card.

Mere months after being reintroduced as a cancer there to kill the promotion he once carried on his back, Hogan was back in his trademark garb and dropping Leg Drops on fools like it was 1987. Fans ate it up, and they helped turn Hulk from nWo Hollywood to garish superhero all over again.

From February-August, Hogan went from monochrome menace to the kind of guy kids could have on their lunch boxes. It was an amazing sight to behold, even more so when Hulk beat Triple H to become king of the mountain once more at Backlash.

The message was clear: Hulk still rules, brother.
