10 Wrestlers That Told You They Were Pissed

7. Vince Russo

The fatal downward spiral that WCW found itself in at the end of 2000 was in full flow by July's Bash At The Beach, but four years on from Hulk Hogan's industry-altering heel turn (and in the same building) an insipid Vince Russo promo might have been the biggest sign that there was no way back.

This sort of chaos simply just doesn't happen in an organisation large enough to insulate itself. Russo raged at Hulk Hogan following a day of wrangling along with Jeff Jarrett over the planned finish of the evening's World Title match. Calling him every name under the sun as well as landing on sensitive spots such as Hogan's receding hairline and advancing years, Russo went all in to alienate the man he'd just sent packing with an ill-gotten title.

Hogan had unwittingly delivered the line that fairly succinctly summed up the problem with the Vince Russo-led WCW earlier that night. "That's why this company's in the damn shape it's in. Because of bullsh*t like this", he commented, with his foot barely removed from Jeff Jarrett's chest.

Unlike his New York rival, he didn't get anymore colourful than that, which probably served him well when the two went to court over this acromonius split.
