10 Wrestlers Triple H's WWE Has Totally FUMBLED

1. Ricochet

When 'The One and Only' signed a deal with NXT back in 2018, Ricochet was one of the hottest talents in all of wrestling. His utterly ridiculous athleticism, innovative high-flying manoeuvres, and the sheer speed of some of the breathless work he unleashed between the ropes established him as one of the most influential performers of his generation. And the idea of him bringing all that to a WWE ring was fascinating.

Away from a decent spell in developmental, though, Ricochet unbelievably just ended up becoming a part of the furniture after jumping up to the main roster.

A talent who admittedly wasn't the strongest on the mic, but was still capable of blowing minds with freakish ease with insane top-rope attacks and superhuman agility, was completely wasted in generic WWE-style contests. But that would all change once 'Papa H' was in control of the former Intercontinental Champion's creative, right?

Sure, he was presented as being slightly less useless and given a little more of the spotlight during an occasionally exhilarating rivalry with Logan Paul - their Money in the Bank 2023 table bump was the best kind of terrifying - but after that summer 2023 program had concluded, it was just depressingly back to being another reliable name in the mid-card for Ricochet.

Could you really blame a performer this incredible for reportedly perhaps choosing to take his near-unrivalled talents elsewhere at the end of his current deal? Trips had the chance to finally fully let this one-of-a-kind worker off the leash, and just continued to largely under-utilise one of the greatest high-flyers of modern times.
