6. Bobby Roode

James Storm's Beer Money partner, Bobby Roode, ultimately chose a different path from his teammate, but he'll also celebrate a milestone birthday next year. He arrived in TNA in 2004 and would spend more than a decade there, but unlike with Storm, Roode managed sustained success as a singles star. He racked up two runs as TNA World Heavyweight Champion, with his first remaining the longest reign in the title's history.

In 2016, though, Roode left TNA, allegedly upset at all of the money he was owed by the company. After a few months of teasing, Roode turned up in NXT, debuting a new "Glorious" theme song that made him an immediate hit. He's since come out successful in feuds with Andrade Cien Almas and Tye Dillinger.

Roode seems poised to rise further up the card in NXT, and most likely challenge for the brand's championship before long. In any case, 2017 will be a huge year for him, and it starts with a bang - he turns 40 on January 1.
