10 Wrestlers Who Appeared In Recent TV Shows You Probably Missed
6. Roman Reigns (Cousins For Life)
Kids love Roman Reigns. He's a walking G.I. Joe with cool hair and a full-sleeve tattoo. That's why it was no surprise when Reigns, real name Joe Anoa'i, popped up on Nickelodeon sitcom Cousins for Life in early 2019.
No, Reigns' appearance wasn't surprising, especially given he was off WWE TV at the time, but his depiction was startling. The 6'3" Samoan powerhouse plays Rodney, an ornery Millennial who's pissed off that his vegetable garden has been trashed by the 12-year-old main character's pet pig. Reigns leaps onto screen ready to do battle, wearing a pomeranian in a Baby Bjorn where his tactical vest should've been.
The consonance is brilliant. The role is actually Reigns' on-screen debut, and the fact that it lands so perfectly means we should be seeing the muscle-bound Samoan in more kids programming to come.
