10 Wrestlers Who Are ACTUALLY Safe In WWE
9. Bron Breakker
Arriving seemingly out of nowhere on NXT 2.0’s first episode, Bron Breakker was immediately presented as a big deal, contesting for the brand’s top title after only a few weeks on NXT TV.
Of course under the old NXT system this success would be no guarantee of anything. But this isn’t the old NXT and this isn’t a Japanese star or the latest in Triple H’s long line of indie darlings. This is NXT 2.0 with Bruce and Vince at the helm while John Laurinaitis presides over talent relations. Bron, a muscle bound jock type and former American football player, is exactly the sort of prospect Johnny thinks is ace.
With everything else he has going for him we need hardly mention his pedigree as a second generation talent. Still, it can’t hurt to be the son of a Steiner Brother. Even if your uncle did once call Stephanie McMahon a c*nt.
With most talent on WWE’s books unsure if they’ll even be with the company next month, let alone if they will feature in a prominent role, Breakker is already being talked up as a can’t miss prospect and future WrestleMania headliner. As we know, plans change. We will have to wait and see if Bron fulfils his early promise but for now at least he’s going nowhere.
