10 Wrestlers Who Are DYING For Something New

5. Braun Strowman

Anyone who only got into wrestling in the past couple of years would be flabbergasted at how over Braun Strowman once was.

Back in 2018, Braun looked like every inch a world beater - a ferocious, larger-than-life warrior who sent audiences across the country into a frenzy through impossible feats of strength. Unfortunately, WWE did what it always did under the last days of the McMahon regime and kneecapped Braun for daring to approach the level of one of the company's hand-picked elite.

Braun's career has certainly taken an interesting turn since then (becoming champion during the pandemic era; being fired; returning to WWE; forming a promotion with a shorter shelf-life than durian-scented deodorant), and he's now stuck in something of a rut. Braun's feud with Judgement Day has been decently entertaining, but it hasn't done much to rise Braun's stock amongst the fans - particularly after he came out on the losing end of it during a recent RAW.

Braun has shown that he's capable of being so much more than mid-card fodder, and if he can keep his foot out of his mouth then WWE would be well served by allowing him to once more become a monster among men.
