Factions are something that have been around for as along as professional wrestling has been mainstream. Some of the most important acts in the history of wrestling, the nWo, D-Generation X, and The Bullet Club were all factions that revolutionized wrestling in more ways than one.

One of the most important decisions when creating a stable is what wrestlers should be added to the group along the way. Had Hulk Hogan not been the third man to join Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, Triple H not added The New Age Outlaws and X-Pac, or Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks not been added to Bullet Club, the wrestling world could look very different. In the current wrestling landscape, there are a large number of factions, some small and some large, that should be looking to bring new members into the fold.

Whether it be a stable adding a wrestling to improve their ranks, bringing in a manager to increase their credibility, or a family increasing the Island of Relevancy to bring in one of their own, there are plenty of wrestlers who could join some of these modern-day groups.

Here are ten wrestlers who are perfect additions for current wrestling factions.

10. Dominik Mysterio - Legado Del Fantasma

It is no secret that WWE has big plans for Dominik Mysterio. After first arriving in WWE, Dominik's first months on the WWE roster were standing alongside his father against Brock Lesnar and a standout rivalry with Seth Rollins. The Mysterios would follow that up with becoming the first ever father-son tag team champions in WWE history back in June 2021.

Since then the Mysterios have muddled around the tag team division before losing to The Miz and Logan Paul at WrestleMania 38. Dominik has now seemingly been written off TV by the re-debuting Veer Mahaan. It would be an absolute mistake to have Dominik return to WWE just to team up with his dad once again. While there are a variety of ways to go about splitting up the father/son duo, there may be no better option than combining Dom's return with the main roster debut of Santos Escobar and Legado Del Fantasma.

While building his credibility alongside his father was a great way to introduce Dominik as a legitimate WWE superstar, it was always going to lead to the son turning on his father to carve out his own path. With Dominik still finding his footing on the mic, having Santos Escobar along with Elektra Lopez behind him could be exactly what the younger Mysterio needs to propel himself to the next level in WWE.
