10 Wrestlers Who BADLY Need A New WWE Superstar Shake-Up

6. Ember Moon

A lingering arm injury will rob Ember Moon of the next few months, with the talented former NXT Women's Champion confirming her sabbatical in a video uploaded to WWE's YouTube channel after last week's Raw. There's no word on exactly how long Moon will be missing for, but she needs to return on SmackDown, not Raw, where she has failed to take-off as anything close to a top-level act.

This isn't necessarily Ember's fault. Ronda Rousey was always going to take top billing, WWE love Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax is related to The Rock, Sasha Banks and Bayley are adored, and there's now Becky Lynch to contend with as well. This crowded top table has left her feeding on scraps, though better days await on SmackDown.

One of Becky or Charlotte Flair will likely depart for Raw, leaving Asuka, Moon, and the remaining Horsewomen as SmackDown's upper tier. An exciting range of in-ring possibilities presents itself, and Ember won't have to fart around with the likes of Alicia Fox and Tamina on the midcard anymore. She's too skilled for such a dead-end role.
