10 Wrestlers Who Beat The Hell Out Of Each Other Backstage

4. Chris Jericho/Goldberg

By Goldberg's own admission, Chris Jericho "kicked [his] ass" during a backstage fight in 2003. The pair openly chatted about their prior problems on Jericho's podcast years ago, and they've long since put it behind them. Back then though? Yeah, 'Steel Balls' Y2J was taking no sh*t.

He wrote in one of his books that he heard chatter about Goldberg badmouthing him shortly after Bill signed for WWE. They'd had some aggro in WCW, largely because Goldberg didn't want to work with Jericho, but things had changed since then. Now, Jericho was a made man in WWE.

So, he approached Bill in a bid to squash things, and the pair wound up brawling in the locker room/hallways. According to Goldberg, it was Jericho who got the upper hand that night. He's willing to admit it and have a giggle about how silly the whole thing was.

To his credit, Jericho refused to sit back and let things fester.
