10 Wrestlers Who Became Backstage Outcasts In WWE
1. Charlotte Flair
The recent situation where Charlotte acted ungraciously during a title trade-off has certainly succeeded in setting tongues wagging and fingers keyboard tapping. The events heated up backstage, with Sonya Deville ready to fight Flair, and the latter being removed from the arena. Is it real? Is it a work related to the booking of Survivor Series? We'll have to wait to find out. Nevertheless, based on several accounts, the situation has groundings in reality.
Charlotte is reportedly preoccupied with preventing herself from looking weak. PWI Torch's Wade Keller elaborated that the whole women's locker room seems against Flair commenting that "none of the women want to work with her," she is getting a reputation for "flat out being difficult," and only looking out for herself. The new "paranoid" Charlotte is not one her friends and colleagues recognise.
This has come at an awful time, with father Ric being exposed by a recent episode of Dark Side of the Ring for his predatory behaviour during "The Plane Ride From Hell." He is a huge influence on both her in-ring career and personal life.
Regardless of her recent attitude adjustment, Charlotte is an amazing athlete, who can hopefully come back from being cast out.
