Renee Dupree wasn't shy of sharing his thoughts after leaving WWE. Sadly, instead of being a distinct result of poor booking and a lack of exposure, there is a darker side towards his dissatisfaction with the company.

WWE may present itself like a family-friendly and fun entertainment medium, but backstage it's far from such a squeaky clean work environment, especially during the early noughties. The truth is that harassment and bullying was - and somewhat still is - rampant in the business. Sadly for this promising young performer, his youth and inexperience made him a prime target for such treatment.

Dupree has shot on WWE, exposing many of his alleged dealings on infamous bullies JBL and Hardcore Holly, and discussing how the harassment he experienced has caused him to no longer have any faith in the promotion. He has also discussed how concussions permeated his time with the brand, and that they were unbelievably negligent towards his health concerns.

It seems that WWE was likely not best pleased with this kind of exposure, and every connection between Dupree and them are probably severed. By the sounds of it, that's something he doesn't mind.
