10 Wrestlers Who Deserve More Respect

8. Lio Rush

What People Say: As arrogant as he is loud-mouthed, Lio Rush should be ashamed of himself for spurning the chance to become a manager on WWE's main roster. His naturally heat-seeking personality wound many up, and that's his own fault. He should've corrected his ways to better fit in and help his chances.

Why He Deserves Respect: Rush hasn't given up on his own dreams, and he's fought back against all the hate to become WWE's new Cruiserweight Champion. Instead of burying anyone in shoot interviews (like some probably expected) when he was removed from Bobby Lashley's side and the sheets said he was an overbearing little git, Lio took care of business.

That determination has paid off.

Rather than focusing on the brash side of Lio's personality, wrestling fans should look to his strengths. He's a wonderful piece of talent, has Cruiser abilities that hark back to the glory days of guys like Rey Mysterio, and represents a bright future for the belt.
