10 Wrestlers Who Desperately Need New Gear

9. Shorty G

Who in their right mind ever thought this would be a good idea?

Admittedly, Chad Gable didn't have the most eye catching gear in the company when pairing with Bobby Roode and subsequently competing in the 2019 King of the Ring tournament, but at least he didn't look like a complete and utter goof.

Soon after Gable had been dubbed 'Shorty Gable' by 'King' Baron Corbin, the former Olympic athlete was forced to lean into the new moniker and was quickly kitted out in an equally ridiculous vest and shorts ensemble which made him look like the world's sh*ttest basketball player.

'Shorty G' - as we was eventually shortened too - lost any of the remaining credibility he had as soon as he bounced down to the ring dressed like Mojo Rawley's sidekick. A star who once formed one half of the most exciting up-and-coming tag team in the company had been reduced to nothing more than a pathetic attempt at 'comedy' in front of our very eyes.

Thankfully, Gable has been off television for some time now, so fingers crossed when he finally makes his return he'll be sporting an outfit which doesn't make you wince at the very sight of the former SmackDown and Raw tag team Champion.
