10 Wrestlers Who Did Bizarre TV Shows

6. Chris Jericho: The Thundermans

He's a man of many talents, Chris Jericho.

Fozzy is perhaps the most wrestling band imaginable, blending anthemic metal choruses with chunky riffs, paying tribute to forebearers like Judas Priest and Scorpions while wholly unafraid of nodding to the iconic butt-rock bands of the '90s onwards. His long-running podcast is one of the most successful in wrestling, steak ad reads and all. On top of this, he happens to be one of the most acclaimed and important North American wrestlers of all time.

Le Champion has also tried his hand at acting, with his July 2016 appearance on The Thundermans earning his place on this list. Just look at that mullet! Delicious.

Jericho's character, Gary, plays the father of Max Thunderman's girlfriend, Allison, whom Max spends much of the episode fretting over meeting for the first time. This eventually goes down at said parents' MMA gym. When it predictably goes t*ts up, Jericho kicks Max and sister Phoebe out and orders Max to stay away from his daughter. Obviously, the hero wins Jericho and his Pat Sharp haircut over by the end.
