After turning heel in the late-1990s, Scotty went on a tear as a "Genetic Freak". He bleached his hair, packed on enough muscle to make Vinnie Mac salivate, and terrorised audiences around ringside at WCW shows by threatening to kick their heads in if they dared say anything to him.
This was all part of his heel act, of course, but Steiner has occasionally lashed out at fans during interviews too. Saying that, he doesn't discriminate; this "Big Bad Booty Daddy" has also thrown verbal fire all over everyone from Triple H, Chyna and Ric Flair, to Vince and Stephanie McMahon.
Generally, Steiner just doesn't give a rat's ass about who he offends or what people think about him. Perhaps he did when he first started wrestling, but that eagerness to please gave way to an intimidating aura that was more bully boy than anything else.
