10 Wrestlers Who Found Life After Wrestling

Edge, a.k.a. Adam Copeland, has to be one of the most unlikely WWE success stories. Along with childhood buddy Christian, Edge shot to super-stardom in the tag team ranks of the WWE's Attitude Era. After becoming a multi-time tag champ and participating in some of the most memorable matches in the promotion's history (we're looking at you, TLC), he then found success as a solo wrestler.

When the Rated-R Superstar retired, it seemed too soon - and it was. However, with severe neck issues he simply could not continue wrestling. What he could do, however, was move into acting, which is exactly what he did, appearing regularly on Haven, SyFy's adaption of the Stephen King mystery novel The Colorado Kid.

Copeland has also appeared on Sanctuary, and was recently announced as being cast as Atom-Smasher on the second season of CW's The Flash - meaning Edge is now part of the DC Universe on screen!
