Triple H's feud with the Ultimate Warrior dates back to 1996 when the game made his WrestleMania debut against the returning star. As Hunter Hearst Helmsley, The Game had yet to really find his feet in WWE but had proven himself as a solid worker and a credible heel for the Warrior to dispatch on his final return to the company.

However, far from being a showcase in defeat moment, Triple H was summarily jobbed out by the Warrior, with the soon to be famous Pedigree disregarded and practically no sold by the legend en route to a victory in less than two minutes.

Hunter would later recount the experience with decidedly less-than-favourable terms, referring to the Warrior as the most unprofessional performer he had worked with during his career.

Unsurprisingly, the outspoken Warrior didn't take kindly to the characterisation and later responded to the accusation in pretty hilarious fashion on a blog post on his website.

"I’m the most unprofessional person you’ve ever stepped into the ring with? Well, now, ain’t that pretty. Because what I remember, Mr. Stephanie McMahon, is that you were only in the ring with me one time — and for less than 5 minutes. Here all these years since leaving the ring and becoming interested in mentoring young people, I often wonder what kind of impact I am having because I take it seriously and it is important to me do it effectively. Well, it sure sounds like I taught you very well in the 5 minutes you had in the ring with me. Because from what I hear you are the biggest unprofessional !*$% the business has ever seen. You are welcome."

Despite going back and forth, the pair would reconcile prior to the Warrior's death in 2014, with Hunter reportedly being the WWE envoy who offered the olive branch to the legendary superstar.
