Once a hard drinking, rough and tough kind of dude, Diamond Dallas Page witnessed his life completely change once he was introduced to yoga in the 1990's. Suffering from various back problems, it was Page's ex wife, Kimberly, who advised he start doing yoga. Initially scoffing at the notion, DDP has since built an empire around the exercise form.

Crucially, Page adapted yoga to suit his own needs, leading him to stumble across different workouts that he felt could directly benefit people who felt frequenting a gym or exercise class was far too daunting a prospect, or just embarrassing. This has not only helped the man himself, but thousands of others worldwide praise his DDP Yoga system, including some of wrestling's biggest stars.

Men like Chris Jericho and Kane are fans of DDP Yoga, but it's not only those still earning a living from the industry that Page has aided. As aforementioned in this article, both Scott Hall and Jake Roberts were pulled back from the brink by DDP, and he must surely rank as one of the most inspiring pro wrestlers ever, becoming more so since he stepped away from the ring.
